Hellooooo Tuesday Peeps!
Following on from yesterday, I decided on a new routine.
I am keeping my current exercises but adding a 7-day challenge of Lucy’s.
If you’ve been here a while you’ll know I did the 7-minute/7-day one before (has a cartoon woman’s body in a pink top in the thumbnail on YouTube). I did indeed lose an inch from my torso and kept it off.
Well, our fab Lucy has done another version of the 7-day challenge and I love it! The moves are totally different from the last one (and different from the routine I currently team it with) so it’s great for not getting stuck in the same routine.
So here it is if you want to try it:
It includes higher and lower intensity moves and stretches afterwards. There are also free checklists and eating guides at the end…bonus! I hope it helps if you’re looking for a routine.
